We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
When my Mom passed away (May 31, 2018) we knew immediately that we wanted Drew Gray to handle her cremation. I did not want my Mom left alone in the hospital in Saskatoon (where she passed), so my Dad contacted Drew and he immediately got one of his colleagues in Saskatoon to come and pick up Mom and stay with her the entire night, until she could be picked up and transported to Prince Albert the very next day. We (my Dad, sister and I) drove to Prince Albert the next day to make the arrangements for Mom and Drew was so kind and caring, which we really needed at that very emotional time. There was no sales pressure from him, he let us, as a family pick and choose what we wanted for Mom. He did not rush us to make any decisions. It was what we needed - his guidance and support. A few days later, we went to view Mom one last time before she was cremated. Drew and his staff made our Mom look beautiful, considering how sick she was at the end. Drew let us be with Mom as long as we wanted, which was so comforting for us. For me, the best part (if you can find a silver lining in all of this) is that Gray's has a condolence page for my Mom (and anyone else who has passed) where I can write and leave pictures for her. It's my way of still connecting with her and for that...I am truly grateful.
For Charlotte and her family,
I want to express my sympathies for your Dad, Mr, Ernest Wawryk. I kept very nice memories of him. My heart is with you in this difficult event.
With my Friendship and love!

To Margie and Jesse's family my heart goes out to you all god bless
Honest, compassionate, patient, and so very helpful is what I have to say about Grey's. They helped us through a very difficult time and for this we the Wilson family are deeply grateful. All the staff were so good and accommodating. When we needed a bit of humor they had that too and that helped immensely!! I will leave with saying that all the staff from top to bottom treated our departed loved one (my mom) with the greatest respect and allowed and supported us to prepare in our own way. Thank you one and all!!
I truly appreciate the way our family was treated and the expertise in the way you and your staff handled everything from preplanning through to the final arrangements after the passing of Anita. She was a kind and gentle wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, with a lot of love, in a small body. Thank You!
